Whether you are coming to our site for the first time or have shopped with us before, we'd like to thank you for visiting our site and hope we can satisfy your requirements on this occasion.

Why are offers sometimes sold out?

Some products do sell out very fast, many of our deals are rationed to a specific number of units due to small amounts of stock or items that are end-of-line specials.

On occasion items may be shown as out of stock on the web site, but we have further shipments coming soon. If you notice any product listed as being out of stock and you would like information of it's future availability, drop us an e-mail and enquire about it's future availability it is possible that we may be taking pre orders on the next batch to arrive.

What happens if products go wrong?

In the unlikely event that a product we have supplied goes wrong please refer to our returns policy.
Contact us via e-mail in the first instance for further advice about returns.

Are SextonsDirects' goods seconds?

We've heard of a few suppliers telling customers that the only reason SextonsDirects' prices are so competitive is because all of our goods are seconds, refurbished or returns.

You have our assurance that this is not the case, all products bought from SextonsDirect are 100% A grade stock. Our products are sourced from UK manufacturers with full manufacturer warranty just as you would find in your local car audio retailer.

Do we ever sell clearance stock?

On occasion we may list an item on our site that has been on display in the show room, at a discounted prices to clear out old stock. Any such listing is clearly marked with the words 'Ex-display Stock' at the top of the listing. In short you will know if you are buying a clearance item, we do not list them alongside regular products.

Ex-display stock still comes with all the usual manufacturers warranties.

Can we ship outside the UK?

For our security we are not able to ship outside the UK. We have no means of verifying credit or debit cards that are registered outside the UK and therefore could not guarantee our security or yours for this type of transaction.

Are your details secure?

We never use your details for anything other than processing your order.
We do not pass customer information on to any third party.
All our credit and debit card transactions are carried out via the Protx secure payment gateway, this way we can guarantee your security, as not even our staff can see your card details.

Why was your transaction declined?

On occasion our security filters block perfectly legitimate transactions, this is usually down to one of the following reasons.

  • You have entered the incorrect billing address
  • You have not entered the 3 digit security code on your card correctly
  • You are trying to put through a larger transaction that your authorising bank will allow

If your order has been rejected by Protx and you know this to be a mistake please contact us and we will investigate what the problem was and do our best to resolve it for you.
