We are an Authorised retailer for many brands of car audio
equipment. As a result you can expect the highest quality goods
from SextonsDirect.
All our products are UK spec and are not B grade or
refurbished stock.
If you have any enquires about any of our products or
services, please contact us at
support@sextonsdirect.co.uk . We aim to respond to
all enquiries within 2 hours, during normal working hours.
In the unlikely event of a delay in the postage of your
order, resulting from one of the above circumstances, you will
be contacted via phone or e-mail.
We advise you arrange for someone to be available to collect
the order at the shipping address as some orders will require a
signature.
If an alternate delivery address is required from that of the
card holder, the address will be manually checked for
suitability.
Sextons Direct Car Audio aim is to deliver orders within our stated delivery time, but this is sometimes outside of our control. Delivered goods are your responsibility. Good are shipped to the delivery address stated by the customer, and We will not be held responsible for any implications arising from failure or delay in accepting delivery.
Therefore please make sure someone is available to accept the package at the address specified.
On rare occasions, products under warranty may be found to be faulty or defective. As a result of this we offer the following options:
Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods supplied or delivered to UK mainland addresses carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
As is standard for most good purchased anywhere, the warranty shall not apply if the goods have been tampered with, altered or damaged in any way by the customer; this includes connection cables and looms. Please contact Sextons Direct Car Audio via our online contact form before taking any action. We will contact you with an appropriate solution to your problem as soon as possible.
If you are advised to return the goods to Sextons Direct Car Audio the following will apply. On receipt of the returned product we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. Provided that the goods are found to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty there will be no charge for rectification or carriage. If following the testing process the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, the carriage cost of which will be your responsibility.
If we need to send the product back to the original manufacturers, this may take longer dependant on the manufacturer's turnaround time. You will be informed of our
progress while this process is taking place.
Sextons Direct Car Audio is an online retailer only, as a result goods may not be returned to any Sextons branch.
Customers will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning goods to us. Please ensure the equipment is adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. Please include your order details in any returns and also a full description of the fault. Please also supply a daytime contact telephone number and return address.
Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery; therefore please use a reliable and recognised courier.
If Sextons Direct Car Audio have offered a refund for the goods the following conditions will apply:
- The goods are to be returned unopened and in original condition.
- The goods are to be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- If points 1. and 2. are met then a handling fee of 20% or £20+vat, whichever is the greater will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Alternatively the customer may choose to exchange the returned goods for credit against alternative products to the equivalent value or greater without a handling fee.
Contracts for the purchase of goods by a customer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the Sextons Direct Car Audio website are, subject to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, with the exception of Software/mapping and Music CD/DVD products. These items are not refundable due to their nature.
Consumers may cancel goods purchased from this website by sending an e-mail to sales@sextonsdirect.co.uk. The notice of cancellation must be delivered to Sextons Direct Car Audio within seven working days of the date of delivery to the nominated address. When cancelling orders the following conditions apply;
- The customer will be responsible for all delivery costs, including the organisation and cost of returning the goods making sure they are adequately packaged and insured.
- The goods are to be returned unopened and in original condition.
- Providing points 1. and 2. are met upon inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be made to the customer.
Goods will only be supplied subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will make a full refund however we will not be liable to compensate you for any losses arising from non-supply of goods.
Sextons Direct Car Audio sells products on the basis that the customer has
thoroughly checked suitability and specification prior to purchase. If you have any questions about a product that are not answered on the site, please contact Sextons Direct Car Audio vial the online contact form.
All personal information about our customers is held on our
secure servers. Access to these servers is limited and only made
available to senior staff.
The information that you provide to us in order to process
your order will not be passed on to any third party, except to
the extent necessary to complete your order.
