Delivery Info

Orders placed before 1400 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to your payment being authorised, items being in stock and barring system failure. In the unlikely event of a delay in the postage of your order, resulting from one of the above circumstances, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail.

We advise you arrange for someone to be available to collect the order at the shipping address as some orders will require a signature. If an alternate delivery address is required from that of the card holder, the address will be manually checked for suitability.

Please note, our standard shipping time is between 1-3 working days. Products that are not immediately available will be ordered from the manufacturers the same day as the order is placed, such orders will be delivered to you between 2-3 working days.

We use various shipping methods depending on the size of item. Where suitable we will forward on tracking numbers.

When your goods arrive, please make sure they are unpacked and inspected BEFORE signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit, please refuse delivery of the goods, mark the delivery note accordingly, and notify us immediately by calling 0871 223 0160 and emailing sales@sextonsdirect.co.uk. Failure to do so could affect any susiquent claim

Due to our security policy we are only able to ship products within the UK.

Delayed Shipping

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs vary from product to product depending on the size and weight. All shipping costs are worked out at the checkout section of the site, and are clearly displayed before your order is finalised.
